If the voices weren't modified in the American version, it would have added to the overall screwed-up nature of this game. And it would have been wonderful.
In fact, all these voices appear to be intact as of OS X. I don't know what Apple expects people to use them for except to waste time in TextEdit or make prog rock songs about being fitter and happier.
If you haven't picked up Flower, Sun, and Rain there is a small scene where a character speaks with a similar style. The rest of the time it's just gibberish like in the NA and EU versions.
