  • Hi. I have a problem: my graphic card support 1366x768 as maximum resolution. I changed the resolution but it doesn't work. it's stock at 1024x768. It's not fine because my monitor is 16:9. Can you help me? (i've got hazard, hackintosh) sorry for my bad english

  • @iTutorialGV I have the same problem. Im also using Hazard.

Try finding a kext for your graphics card. You could try enabling or disabling Graphics Mode in the com.Apple.boot.plist file. This tutorial requires compatible graphics card drivers or a graphics card that supports the required resolution.

  • @macmaster4848 I've tried that...

  • umm umm um um um

  • Thanks!! Im subbing, favoring and subbing!

  • it dont work

  • @SPECKSPRODUCTION

This does not virtualize your resolution to force it to go higher when not supported by the graphics card. The resolution you use has to be supported by the graphics card. You could try finding an xrandr alternative for Mac to virtualize a higher resolution.

  • @macmaster4848 my monitor is 1366x768 and my graphics card is a ati 5750 so would i have to select the maximum monitor settings or the maximum gpu settings?

  • How do you do this on Lion? Also, how did you make your Finder Chrome-like?

  • @Technoguy3 totalfinder

  • @Technoguy3

Sorry for not replying to the comment, didn't get a notification about it, like I normally do. It should be the same way to do this in Lion. And as the previous comment says, I did use TotalFinder.
