Christa poured an SDS-protein gel to separate and visualize proteins

Andrea prepared things to do a western blot where she can detect a protein of interest using a specific antibody against that protein

I am performing RNase P cleavage assays with P32 labeled tRNA

Its a basic research lab focusing on mitochondrial disease and tRNA processing
