When the skulls were first displayed in Art shows in France and England, They were catalogued and recorded in the Art literature. Bought by a couple of fraudsters who pretended to find them on a dig (which they destroyed with dynamite, they were thieves who claimed to be archaeologists). You are mistaken with the 'british museum' skull and 'paris' skull, 'these skulls' as you put it have found to be fakes in 1996 and 2004. It was Thomas Gann that used dynamite and not hedges.

There was a documentary on British TV recently which went through his life story, It absolutely proved he was a con man who had lied about pretty much everything in his life. 1 - I'm afraid you're wrong, the Mitchell-Hedges skull (aka the Skull of Doom) was tested by Dr Jane Walsh at the Smithsonian Institute in April this year. It was taken there by Bill Homann who now owns the skull & it was tested using the latest in electron microscope technology which proved beyond ANY reasonable doubt that it was also a fake & produced by tools that were not available until the end of the 19th century. only problem with your arguement is that the quartz is from madagascar, it was imported into france where it was made by a known artist, it then went on sale in london where it was bought by the hedges. the original catalog exists with pictures even. also science sees tool marks from the 19th century, polishing techniques from the same period. the hedges were far from cool btw, they were looters who used dynamite to excavate and kept no records.. pure and simple, fake.
