  • We have also seen recipes that call for Peychaud's Bitters in the Sazerac. All the Absinthe Cocktail recipes we are using for these videos are from the Absinthe Cocktail Guide by Christian Jaberg. The only recipes in his book that specify Peychaud's Bitters are the Congac Coupling, the Green Fairy, and the Merry Widow.

  • Isn't it a few dashes of Peychaud's. But I heard that Angostura was just a more concentrated type of bitters so you must have been fine.
