Cool game. But you forgot to mention the infamous Xbox 360 save point glitch. It completely kills this game. I tried playing this twice, and it erased my entire progress both times. Not fun. And there was never a patch made for it either. Just a warning to all Xbox 360 edition players.

Both Condemned games were great. I'm a big horror fan(horror done right that is...not cheesy gore porn) and both Condemned games were very well done indeed. I will warn you though...the Condemned series WILL disturb you on a deep level. Ethan's struggle with his inner demons is portrayed in a shockingly realistic way and if you are a spiritual person or have had spiritual experiences it will likely affect you more. Myself being a Christian the realism of the game's spiritual aspects was striking

@jfl125 i brought Condemned 2 for £6.49 lol thats like $10. really cheap on play.com, really scary if you play alone in the dark of course, BUT you have to be smart enough to work out the crimes scene. FEAR was quite scary but for me personally condemned 2 was scariest. but you should just get both really, would come to about $25-27...get both: Condemned 2 & F.E.A.R (FEAR 1 not 2)
I remember I was hding in a warddrobe once when in the house level and a swat bloke found me and we just stared at eachother in shock then just piled into eachother punching like crazy, one of my most funniest moments ever, or me taking on three cops at once and winning, but mostly because they chased me all around the house and I was so good at blocking, so simple yet great fun.
you know what i loved about the multiplayer? It was the fact that whenever you found someone hiding in the dark there would be that odd 5 to 6 second waiting period where you just stare at each other and then "Oh we're supposed to kill each other!"

Ethan's struggle with his inner demons is portrayed in a shockingly realistic way and if you are a spiritual person or have had spiritual experiences it will likely affect you more. Myself being a Christian the realism of the game's spiritual aspects was striking

if you are going to buy this game, prepare yourself because its fucking scary as hell. im not joking either, i told myself like a gangsta ''im not gonna get scared PFFTTT'' played it and i starrted to think 'hmm ok this is a bit creepy but ok...'' and then as i got into it, my palms started sweating etc i got freaked out and then i was in an apartment in the game, i had to go into the bathroom, so i went in and looked in the mirror. was messin about, turned around and there was a zombie thingy.

@jfl125 i brought Condemned 2 for £6.49 lol thats like $10. really cheap on play.com, really scary if you play alone in the dark of course, BUT you have to be smart enough to work out the crimes scene. FEAR was quite scary but for me personally condemned 2 was scariest. but you should just get both really, would come to about $25-27...get both: Condemned 2 & F.E.A.R (FEAR 1 not 2)

First half of condemned 2 was amazing! than it became a lot of gunplay and that destroyed the game a bit :/

I remember I was hding in a warddrobe once when in the house level and a swat bloke found me and we just stared at eachother in shock then just piled into eachother punching like crazy, one of my most funniest moments ever, or me taking on three cops at once and winning, but mostly because they chased me all around the house and I was so good at blocking, so simple yet great fun.

you know what i loved about the multiplayer? It was the fact that whenever you found someone hiding in the dark there would be that odd 5 to 6 second waiting period where you just stare at each other and then "Oh we're supposed to kill each other!"

Lo Mismo me Impresiono a mi..... Compre este juego por... 200 pesos??? (20 Dolares)... Y desde que empece a Jugarlo quede Impresionado... Después de terminarlo rente Splinter Cell Conviction... Fue una Mierda... El tipo se atoraba por una botella tirada en el Piso... Los graficos eran una Mierda y acababa de Salir, los controles eran los peores que había Visto, y la Historia... Mejor no digo Nada...
Condemned es uno de los Mejores juegos que he Jugado....

man im 13 and i played thru this with out ever having to turn it off cause i was scared and it was not frustrating at all i just didnt like how you cant grab people like in a real fight its just all exchanging punches and blocking every now and then

I loved this game. I admit the combat was a bit difficult for me, but overall everything was great. Amazing story line, graphics and Ethan is just plain badass. =P

Why does the reviewer say that at the end of the game there is no other way but to shoot it out, then show us him punching it out, despite having a gun in his hand; therefore there is another way...i.e. shoot OR punch!
