not really, when u done the exalted quest there is a guy u can buy the netherdrakes from for 200 g, so it can be a private server, but not nescissarily

1. farm sm cath for small shards

2. the best way is farming primals at about 20 a day u get 400g ish a day that way.

honestly it just takes time, if you work at it, doing as many dailies as possible per day at 70, farming in your off time, the gold will slowly start pouring in, just be patient and keep at it; its worth it once you have it.

how do you get this mount how much is it ?

you need to do the Kindness chain from mordenai in netherwing fields in shadowmoon valley, get to neutral from the chain, then you need to get epic flying training. once you have it, go back to him and he continues the chain. once you get to that point, its basically a rep grind to hit netherwing exalted. first netherdrake is free, rest are 200g each
