@YourRollinRocks That is the Moron de la Frontera (Spain) style of bulerias, whose leading exponent was Diego del Gastor, and currently his nephews. It is generally difficult to notate that music. A teacher that knows that toque is essential, however, do a google search for Evan Harrar's website; he has tabs for that style and also accompanying recordings.
