Wacom bamboo can create art like this. It's great if you are just starting. I'd personally recommend the intuos4 more. It's more sensitive and produces higher quality. You can check 'which graphic tablet should i buy' article at the site mentioned in the description box of this video . It guides you on which tablet to buy, depending on your needs ;)
