Normal version:

First 16 counts: If you look at Juliet you will see she is doing the correct positioning of the 3rd count (of each 4). The step is behind and to the side - not diagonally backward (unless you are doing the Small Dance Area Version). If you follow Juliets example you will do the steps correctly.
