  • That is so cool I wish I could do sculpting in my art class.

  • Very Helpful :)

  • Hi I'm currently working on a wolf mask but I was just wondering how you would sculpt dog or wolf eyes I'm finding this particular part a challenge sorry I've asked quite a lot! Thank you very very much for all of your time. Kind regards

  • @2125kenneth I have some closups of sculpting the dachshund's eyes in my book, but you could also check youtube for sculpting eyes - maybe there is even a video for wolf's eyes - it's amazing what you can find if you do a detailed search. They'll be sculpting with real clay, of course, but the same principals apply.

  • Hi I was also wondering how you would sculpt eyes e.g dog or wolf eyes? Sorry I'm just working on a wolf mask and I'm finding that particular part a challenge. that would be great thank you very very much for your time kind regards.

  • Hi! I LOVE your videos! All the projects are absolutely incredible! I was just wondering if you were making a wolf mask could you cover the a armature in the paper mâché clay? Or would it have to be another product? Thank you sooo much for everything.

  • @2125kenneth Yes, you can use the paper mache clay. You can see one I did that way if you go to my site, UltimatePaperMache, and do a search for Old Woman. I just now finished a new book about making masks using a positive mold made with modeling clay, and in that book I'm using two layers of paper mache made with a fast-setting paste recipe and Scott Shop Towels. You can't get the fine details like you can with the clay, but the masks are lighter and more comfortable to wear.

  • beautiful i hope to work up to this level... what sculpture would you reccomend to start with??

  • @kawaiihorse Do you mean which of the sculptures in my book should you start with? That would be the chicken, in the first chapter. If that isn't what you meant, just start creating, and doing things over, and trying new things, and be willing to make mistakes. That's the best way to learn any new skill.

  • i love your figures :))

  • what beuty out of glue and newspaper!

  • Very cool sculptures. Are those sculptures near the begging were you are talking in the background all paper mache? I really like the large lynx/bobcat sculpture.

  • @Chaokid9 All the sculptures on the shelves behind me are made with paper mache clay, but the bobcat and the snow leopard are not in the book. They were some of the first sculptures I ever made with the new material.

  • очень красиво!!!очень хочу научится.

  • can you show how to make an eagle?

  • @sonicfreak04 I haven't done an eagle, but there is a tutorial series about a snowy owl on my site. Go to UltimatePaperMache and use the search bar. You'll need to change things a bit, but the techniques would be basically the same.

  • @UltimatePaperMache I was just asking because I was thinking about making a hippogriff statue

  • @lovetylerwardmusic No, but you can make one. The book shows you how.

  • Can you use air drying clay?

    Great video !

  • @Rocky341000 You probably can, but you'd want to experiment to find out.

  • @UltimatePaperMache Oohhh Ok I'll try and let you know... :)
