the mirage is indeed a F-1 model and no, that one has no delta wings, though, its not french, the inner circle of the logo on the body is green, not blue, the outer circle is red, so it has to be italian, right?
Its an F-1. Cold lake did not see any italian aircraft that summer. Acutally i dont think cold lake has ever seen italian fighters/trainers period. I should know, i've worked there for the past 7 years.
Not to mention the fact that the FRENCH air force do not fly the AMX. If you do your research you will find that the french have a red/white/green rondelle as you can see at 1:50 mins.

Alenia AMX. It is an Italian trainer aircraft. The pictures you can find on google will display an identical empanage as the plane in this video (@ 1:50). Italian.
I was one of thoso who did security at the gates during the maple flag 2007.That day,for the open house,I was working at the visitor center and it was hot that day.

It's a French Mirage F-1 indeed. I was there as a Belgian F-16 Avionics technician. Our aircrafts stood next to them.
