One of the most bittersweet things about jazz is it's based off of improvisation. It makes it beautiful, yet a pain in the ass to find something specific.
@banboozlah It's a common thing in jazz and blues - you get the same or very similar songs ("jazz standards") performed by lots of different people, with slightly different arrangements or lyrics.

@banboozlah I believe this song is actually a cover of "The Whale Has Swallowed Me" by J. B. Lenoir.
Joe Bonamassa does have a similar song though, "The Whale That Swallowed Jonah" which I would think is based on the same song.
