@decline2state Yes there is electronical sign you can see it at 0:14 second on the side of track. This tells which way is opened and if you can enter.

Those are some pretty tight curves....and the bi-directional traffic sharing a single track....bet that's tricky!

Actually, there are two tracks there, but they overlap in what is called a gantlet. Obviously, only one tram can be pass the building at a time.
I am sure there are signs, signals or simply rules to determine which tram has priority if two of them arrive at the location at the same time.
