Over here in the UK, we don't get as many good phones as you do. So, people never quite evolved in to smartphone users. Everyone in my age group uses a blackberry. They only use it for BBM, not quite understanding that Android has better (and less buggy) alternatives.

to me the physical keyboard is very important i work in hotel and i find myself having to send many emails. touch screen does not help me when you have to make sure youre typing the right letters.
