I am under the impression that the text in the video comes from a so-called "header" or as the brothers express it: "filter busting portion" of the spam mails. This is the section of the mail that contains things that are not related at all to the product they are trying so annoyingly to sell. It's just a somewhat random mix of words that's supposed to trick the spam filter into recognizing the mail as a valid entry to your inbox, and thereby let it through the filter. I hope that cleared it up.
