AND..I totes did the same thing once at a beach I was going does this incline and my flip flop broke and my feet went flying..it wasn't pretty at least mine wasn't in concret stairs :S..however I feel once at an ice rink..I missed a step b/c I was in a hurry and blew out my knee...:( I hope you feel better :) drugs help!

OMG...I so feel for you! I stepped off a half curb...ONLY about 4 inches, and took out my knee...WTF???? So my heart goes out to you! Be sure you keep an eye on that "gash" for infection...sometimes pain can mean something is going on...so perhaps you should follow up!

Get some rest this week up and elevate!

Ryan I wish I could share the weather right now... I woke up to a thick blanket of snow and a windchill of 8 degrees... the best part - I LIVE IN THE SOUTH!
