I agree about Tom LaBonge and the other city council nincompoops who voted to keep Billy as their slave at the LA Zoo. They should be voted out of office as unfit to represent Angelinos and certainly unwilling to stand up for basic decency to the animals. Grrrrrrr.

The members of the los angeles city council who voted to keep billy enslaved should be recalled or have someone run against them if they're up for re-election. Tom Labonge deserves to be run out of town. He's an incompetent nincompoop who believes he owns the LA Zoo. Wake up Tom, you're a glorified cheerleader who has no clue about animal welfare.
