This hand to hand training is a very limited... its very military like and focused to everybody doing the same thing over and over. But the way they seem to be doing it here is pretty soft. Besides, what if the attacker is trained? This is only basic block counter anyway, what if he cant counter the counter? Plus the knife attacks are pretty over simplified. If these boys went against a highly trained knife fighter, thats it... but I dunno this could be a portion of what its like...

I am a small woman. I have taken ballet -don't laugh yet. I also took fencing training as an alternate for the US pentathalon. While fencing, I realized I could out lunge others becuase of the ballet.

No offense, but I took out an ex-ranger 10 years younger than me -- who was also over 6 feet.

Environmental fighting.. that is what I've learned from fencing. Using anything make yourself a small target; wait till they're open, meaning facing you; attack. KUDOS guys.
