@LokiGodsking Dietrich Wagner, Participant of a Demonstration in Stuttgart, Germany. He is now blind on one eye. The injuries are because of a police water thrower at the demonstration. They shoot him in the head for a few seconds with the water thrower. He did not move. You can find videos of that on youtube.
