meh, lord of the rings isn't an original piece either, its about goblins, elfs, drawfs, super drawfs (lawl i'm not calling them anything else)orcs, humans, loads of rings, and a shit load of pwning during its time. (basically a combination of a lot of board games :D)

but notice that army scene was totally not related at all to lotr, notice those are demons, not orcs, notice they have always been in the game since diablo 1
