I used that machine at 00:20 3 days ago and snaped my shit all up it was my fault though I got carried away and put about 40 more lbs then I was comfortable with feeling good about my self now I can't do my tri work-outs for like 2weeks it even hurts to lift my arm up I warn anyone do a weight you feel good with and ease into more weight like 10 to 20 lbs at a time the shit works though I'm seeing nice definition in my tri's and shoulders these days

you should workout your traps on your bicep and back day since it is a pulling movement. when you workout your traps its a pulling movement. either way great video.
You know if you fatige your muscles you wont build but if you do 3 to 4 sets is the max of 10 to8 and 6 reps per sets you keep the muscles fibers bump and then take some post work out then get rest good rest then they can grow but if you don't you just wast your time on geting biger.lol

I am no expert, but from my experience (with a minor shoulder injury), training shoulders before chest increases the risk of increased discomfort in my shoulders during the pressing movements for chest.
An injured muscle, or inflamed muscle is weaker, so I think it's dangerous to exaust it before you train your pecs, but hey, if it works, Im not gonna say anything about it.
@orochimaruisugly free weights are better but am going to use the machines that keeps the pressure off of my joints for a little while while the tendonitis clears up
@twinmuscleworkout I have the same pain in my shoulder too. I feel my shoulder clicking when I do flat benchpress so I stay to machines and it seems to be healing. BTW, do you guys recall progress based on benchpress? (How much you went up by in the certain amounts of days it took from first time working out)

Shoulders before Chest? You're really limiting your chest workout by doing your shoulder work first. You're hitting both your delts and your tri's with those DB presses and then hitting them again with your chest movement. Why tire yourself out when chest is the bigger muscle?
@CampbellFitness I agree with everything you just said but I wanted to concentrate on my shoulders first because over the years I have focused on my chest I think I have been blessed with great shoulders but never really focused on them before. I have only been training this way for the last 5 months and wanted to see where my genetic potential take me
