I am with you 777 - but in fairness my grandmother in law got a state pension so it would be harsh to say it for blacks only. There are more blacks than any other racial group so pro rata they will receive more of the buget - hopefully without discrimanation. (?) But again on a private level one can decide to which charity to support. How many WHITE state pensioners are there in SA today, I can promise you that their are not that many as most whites are "forced" to look after our pensioners ourselves through donations etc!
