  • so how long did all of this take? i'm surprised this question hasn't been asked before!

i know you said 30 lbs in the last month & a half, but that's different for everyone of course.

  • Wow Congratulations. Guess I need to do some more research about sodium intake. Just realized I seem to hit my average weight loss..(35-45 lbs) then I either stop losing or start gaining it back.. realized thats when I start craving foods or recipes high in salt.

  • Do you find that your weight loss (congrats!!) has helped you with any PCOS symptoms? I have PCOS. . .and by doing most of what you have suggested (not the water - I did not know I needed that much) I have lost about 54lbs in a year. I still have to loss about 60 to be at my ideal weight. . .

  • f you like Split Pea soup, theirs is awesome. Also, the peach rasberry barley oatmeal is so yummy. My husband loves the chicken noodle. I never had it but it smells so good!

  • Hi and congrats! Awesome job on the loss. I just wanted to tell you there is some super super healthy soup (and I don't get paid or have association) is Dr. McDougall right foods. Its soup and really healthy. I order tons of it! google it!

  • Hey! Its pretty low sodium, esp for a soup! I'm gonna look for it at the health food stores around Dallas. If I dont find it I might order it online. I definitely miss soup. It makes the hunger go away sometimes when nothing else will.
