Whatever reason this guy sounds like David Wilcock, I would not rule out a serious need to investigate this. All most of us have here is a picture put up and why can't he be here looking live? I just went to Federal Court and the judge was not there, just live on a screen and the judge could talk to everyone in the court as if she was there in person and she did. Many of the people that needed to be in court were there on the telephone, so the case involved many people.
While Andy does indeed sound a lot like David WilcocK (that's a "K" on the end, folks...not an X), it is definitely a very different person with a unique voice.

CR1MS0N1986, I have just inquired about this with Bill Ryan from Project Camelot, who knows both David Wilcock and Andrew Basiago personally, and Bill states that their voices do bear an eerie similarity - he even added that it would be interesting to hear them talk to eachother - but that the person you hear in this interview is Andrew Basiago, not David Wilcock.

It could be a discrepancy because of the fact that he's speaking through a phone, and as such, there would be nuances in the sound and tonality. If Bill Ryan assures me that he knows them both and that this guys sounds exactly like David Wilcock, then that's good enough for me. ;-)

I find the telling of Dr. Bisagios' Young life experiences to be quite believable. The discription of events are consistant with the regimented attitude of the military and government interest in staying ahead of the Soviet Union during the cold war era. His discriptions are also consistant with my personal experences as the son of an Army sargeant. I spent my young life on military bases. When you have experienced he regimine of a military family, & regular civilian life, you appreciate more.

I heard him on C2C and he sounded credible. But after looking at his PDF on Mars life, I don't know. Whatever reason this guy sounds like David Wilcock, I would not rule out a serious need to investigate this. All most of us have here is a picture put up and why can't he be here looking live? I just went to Federal Court and the judge was not there, just live on a screen and the judge could talk to everyone in the court as if she was there in person and she did. Many of the people that needed to be in court were there on the telephone, so the case involved many people.

CR1MS0N1986, I have just inquired about this with Bill Ryan from Project Camelot, who knows both David Wilcock and Andrew Basiago personally, and Bill states that their voices do bear an eerie similarity - he even added that it would be interesting to hear them talk to eachother - but that the person you hear in this interview is Andrew Basiago, not David Wilcock.

It could be a discrepancy because of the fact that he's speaking through a phone, and as such, there would be nuances in the sound and tonality. If Bill Ryan assures me that he knows them both and that this guys sounds exactly like David Wilcock, then that's good enough for me. ;-)

I find the telling of Dr. Bisagios' Young life experiences to be quite believable. The discription of events are consistant with the regimented attitude of the military and government interest in staying ahead of the Soviet Union during the cold war era. His discriptions are also consistant with my personal experences as the son of an Army sargeant. I spent my young life on military bases. When you have experienced he regimine of a military family, & regular civilian life, you appreciate more.

I agree with you, though i do wonder, and ponder : how far has hidden technology come since 1947 ? Lisa, I am curious about this Basiago story. Personally I am aware of many galactic and universal presences with Earth. Although I can say for myself I have only had experiences with higher dimensional beings, i.e. Light beings, cultures whom have trascended duality, separation, and live in universal harmony.

I have read his paper and listened to this entire series.
This guy is a complete knuckle head.
He claims to know for fact that:
The earth is hollow.
The moon is hollow.
There are dinosaurs on Mars.
There are human like beings on the surface of Mars.
We can time travel.
It would be worth your while to read his paper and study the pictures in it that he claims show abundant life on the Mars surface.
You will see what I mean when i say that this guy is a complete knuckle head.

Just visited Wiki about Vannevar Bush, who headed a small group of physicists, doing research on extraterrestrial technologies (Montauk, Manhattan-Projects).The media informs us about an international project, where astronauts are preparing for getting to Mars. When? Is not even scheduled. Others claim having been there, already?! Why do they not join that international project.

great interview...Mr. B is very articulate. great job by the pretty lady interviewing B. Another good story is Al Belier and the Montauk Project on long island NY. amazing work.. i believe the initial reason was MK Ultra or mind control.. later they came up with time travel. etc. I believe Al Beiler said that possibly 100 or 200,000 people were experimented on during the CIA programs that were run in the 70's and 80's on Montaulk....great job on this video...

this may be connected to the proposed "bombing of the moon" that is to happen next month on the 9th. if what astronauts, scientists and others have been saying recently about beings on the moon, this may have a negative effect on all of us. And if there is beings on the moon, then why not mars? So much info being denied to us, and so little being revealed. I think that there is so much more to all of this not being told if all of this is true. We have a need to know, do we really want to know?

I just heard about this from the exopolitics summit in barcelona in july of this year. It is alot to take in but you have to consider the possibilities especially it was just recently stated that someone in the obama admin. setting time aside for major networks to announce the confimration of the existence of ET'S. towards the end of the year,the annoucment is planned, but can still be cancelled between now and then.

There are many people on this planet who have another person that looks just like them. There are over 6.5 billion people on this planet. Why would you think that there are not other men that might sound like David Wilcock? Growing up, There was a guy that I knew, we had practically everything in common, plus people said we looked like brothers. So just because this guy sounds like David Wilcock, does not mean it is David Wilocock.

I have shared this with Andrew that people think he is Wilcock he is very flattered by this because he is a big fan of Mr. Wilcock.

I was raised with a saying " Don't believe everything you hear and half of what you see " and that saying hasn't failed me yet.
I have personally seen unexplained lights in the sky right above Big Pines in California, things that made my mouth drop to the ground. But I am not going to believe what a " Voice " says on Youtube.

It's a shame people dismiss this as a fantasy deliberately invented. These whistleblowers risk a huge amount to bring the truth to us, the public. The elite will do everything to keep the truth from us so let's honour those who are coming forward to share their truthful experiences. Why would someone who shys from the public want to 'elevate themselves' doesn't make sense at all.
