hi darrell20100 the air screamer whistle is just a whistle that i purchased from a company called i4cproducts, but they whent out busines a while back, the only other product that looks and makes a similar sound is the nerf whistle

Do you have an onboard glow heater on the plane. I have a Saito 100 in mine and am having some probelms keeping it running mounted in the inverted position. Other than that, the plane flys great. Thanks..

@rtrjmk5 yes i have onboard glow on the mustang, you say your having problems keeping yours running? it maybe the low end is a litle rich

hi great plain i just buildt mine an hapy to find you with a 1.25 saito going to get on for me now sence yours did great what size props do you use an where did you locate your whisple PS where can i find the keleo exhaust to put it out the front ports

@loodex a 91 four stroke motor can fly this plane in a scale like manner. A 115 saito will fly it with no problem.

Awesome landing...I know youve been asked before but i dont see the answers on here, when did u lower the flaps and how much of the flaps did u use?...If u have time check mine out, im about to maiden it

thanks 7bikerboy7 i used full flaps on landing as much as u can put in there, i set mine just under 2 inches, and i dropped them just before the gear comes down just before i make my last turn to line up on the runway, good luck with yours. ill look yours up so i can check it out

The mains are a bit too long, looks like FW190 mains

Great landing, the mains look to be too long.

You can get rid of the blurry vid by focusing the camera on something far away and while the camera is focused on the object turn off the auto-focus, then vid the flight.

Pure sweetness! Ruben what servos did you go with? I've had a Saito FA-125A brand new in the box for a year and 1/2, and wasn't sure if I should build the TF P51D 60 with it, but after seeing your video it's a must. Already have the Keleo. Great job man!

What size of propeller is best IYO for this plane/engine combo?

What nitro % are you using?

Stock throws for Ail/Elev/Rudd?

Which CG have you found best?

hi aboutacatandadog and thanks for the coments. the prop that im using is a 14/8 master airscrew and its a good performer gives me plenty of speed and unlimited vertical,ofcourse you could go 15/7, im using 15% cool power,and the throws i set them as per the instructions eccept the flaps,and the CG i set it up at 5" i did some stall tests at altitude and at idle with full up elevator and she wont drop a wing, the nose comes down slowly, no nasty surprises with this bird

thanks,i used a set of robart mains with standard straight oleos and modified them by adding a 3/16 wire bent at the end and silver soldered for scale looks

hello simmo1973 the manual says 1 1/4 but i went with full throw just shy of 2 inches coulndt get anymore looks almost like the real ones with full flaps

Great job on the retracts. I am building my Gold Edition ARF myself now. I have an RV-4 that I fly with a Saito100 and love the engine. So I got the Saito125 for the P51. Thanks for the video of the landing. Very nice with the flaps down.

thanks, i put in more flaps than what the manual says and she floats right in your gonna love flying that P-51
