  • Australian pop singer Sia has her own 747?!?

    wow

  • no joke!

  • Damn! now that is a good pilot!!

  • now that's what i call a pro landing ! ^_^

  • lovely!

  • That pilot deserves a beer..

  • dirty

  • Of course it was a well done landing, it's Singapore Airlines!

  • Great job with this vid. One of the best cross wind landings I've seen in here.

  • could see the wings flexing with the turbulence and loads

  • He was turned to the left a little so that the wind didn't blow him too far to the right of the runway

  • picture perfect landing

  • <3 - damn cool and beautiful landing. (:

  • How long time ago this have been?

  • OH YEA~!!! GO SINGAPORE AIRLINES!!!

  • nicely done

  • Now that's skill.

  • Singapore Airlines all the way!!

  • THAT is AMAZING. wow.. good on singapore air

  • Good pilot. Makes SIA proud. /gastric pain. Ouch.

  • This pilot has balls!!!. I guess they all do.

  • Lol. They are flying 100 thousand pound tin cans with wings, full of people. 300 people rely on them. I think they have balls. lol.

  • I can wait to get get off an aircraft after my flight. I can't understand how people spend hours daily in those things. Love airplanes though.

  • Yeee haw!!!

  • TumblingDice66: You are correct. Most GA and VFR pilots are trained to land side on to the wind and correct at the last moment in rather harsh crosswinds. People here who simply have NFI about why these planes are landing this way, a little advice, LOOK IT UP!!

  • that's called crabbing by the way - a technique to deal with strong headwinds from one side or the other

  • nice well done

  • Hey, very good pilot

  • looks like a nice crab landing for heavy crosswind. to the pilot: ytmnd!

  • Isn't that intentional on the part of the pilot to keep the plane turned into the wind until the last second? It looked like skillful management of difficult conditions to me rather than a screwup.

  • pilot is owning

  • It looked like a rough landing to me lol. And it does not matter where you came from to be a good pilot LMFAO. If anything the pilot trained in a low-wing aircraft, because crosswinds are murder with those planes. :>

  • why is that? because you are from austraia?

  • Since i became an SIA pilot, i nvr landed my plane when the craft is flying sideways...the crosswinds was not vry strong

  • hah good sia pilot. oh anw, the plane is flying abit sideways because there's crosswind

  • Yeah, they usually land passenger planes on Aircraft Carriers. How old are you?

  • lol!

  • LOL! Comedian.

  • Absolutely! Last time I was flying to the caribbean for vacation, the dumb pilot nearly crashed into the sea, on final approach to an aircraf carrier. But it was like landing on a postage stamp with all that huge Boing 747... ^^

  • pilot with skills

  • Hell Yeah!!!!!

  • Nice job man

  • cross wind going on a angle makes it will turn in to the wind and still going straight that is why it looked sideways

  • LOL, look closely at the wings shaking, the wind must be really strong.

  • It looks like the aircraft is traveling a little bit sideways.

  • lol!

  • now that's a skilled pilot!

  • good landing in rough conditions

  • it's head wind, very nice

  • "Should I go around again"

  • I wonder what the pilot was thinking seconds before touch-down.

  • WOW!

  • youre right about the high crosswind it musta being a hard landing for everyone inside the plane
