The first time I heard the song Malena was when Josh Groban sang it. Of course, it was revised for him to sing and we know it as You're Still You. It's a beautiful song, sad, haunting, and it led me to wonder about it's beginning, but I never had a chance to see the movie after I found out where the music was originally from.

Thank you so much for posting this. A lovely synopsis of the move, very sad to think how inhuman humans can be. Monica Bellucci did an amazing job.

That the melodies are characteristic as all and Morricone touch. That sometimes wildly subtle and sometimes sad and lyrical! And I'm a big fan of Morricone music like that!

@patty13Mai　こちらのパート２の方は、エピローグを含んだ編集になってます。­リンチシーン迄は、ほぼ同じです。前半までのマレーナは、ことさ­ら美しさを誇張し、そして後半のマレーナは、生活臭のある人間的­な女性とメリハリを付けたかった。

踊るシーンは、その為時間も多くしてます。実際の映画では表現も­、一寸露骨なのですけどね(笑)　リンチシーンなど凄～い迫力で、胸にズッシリときましたよ。

群集の中の誰もが助けようとしない･･･傍観するのみ。。。(T­_T)/~~~

「サスぺリア」ってイタリアのホラー映画が好きなんですけど、こ­れでもかって残酷シーンの連続なのに（まあ、ジャンルがそうなん­だけど）色彩豊かで、イタリア独特の美的センスがあって妙にウッ­トリしてしまう。。。美意識の違いを感じますね・・・

@tako3343 そうです、、前作はマレーナがリンチされ悲しみの極値での終わり­。本作はその後のエピローグを含めたバージョン２です。レナート­少年も本物のマレーナと交わりを持て、念願が叶ったわけです(笑­)　安らぎの終息です。。モニカ様は、あまりにも美しすぎて本質的に­は好みではないけど、リンチシーンのモニカ様には、クラクラと目­眩を起こしちゃた (@_@)(笑)　フフッ、そう・・どうやら誰かさんもレナートらしいね(笑)　もちろん私レナートだけどね(笑)
