@bigredc222 I do not know, but some people Tatra shortened by one rear axle, for better maneuverability. So it's not 8x8 but 6x6. Otherwise, that it does not in fact hull, is because that when the body takes off and becomes the center of gravity and thus can not be easily tipped over, even though I'm not saying it's not.
@bigredc222 some cars are too Tatra 815 and they were in the original 6x6, but they have two axles at the rear and one front. And do not winch. But these were both military and civilian.
What are these trucks intended use?

Tatra 813 is a military vehicle. Use as transport or transport truck, low loader to transport tanks or pontoon bridge kit, etc ...
