this is 1996. venus was used as pit warmup. 96 was the copeland year. they were somewhat dirty up until end of july. they were smokin all during finals week. real cool book in final stages. battery feature had some notes.

This is 1996 -- trust me, I marched this year. linxstorm is wrong. The pit parts from 1995's Venus were used as a warmup exercise in 1996.

Absolutely correct. The pit continued to use Venus in warm-ups until mid-season 2000.
