Actually, I have no idea. It would be normal to think it's Shion, but it doesn't make sense that she is wearing those clothes, which she gave to Mion. If you think like that, it would be Mion, but still... That doesn't sound right, why would Mion do it? :P

I'd think it would be Mion. I remember reading somewhere that Keiichi died of hallucinations in this arc. If this was true, then this woman would be Mion, because he believed that Mion was the murderer and Shion to be the victim, thus, his killer would be Mion.... right..?

Why would he die of hallucination though? That is, if he didn't kill himself with a hammer and somehow hallucinated that Mion did it, which would be kind of strange. That is, if it wasen't someone else that killed him, and he hallucinated that, that person was Mion... Complicated stuff is complicated.

Basically, he died of a heart failure. Probably the scare that Mion was after his life was strong enough that he suffered paranoia, and that paranoia was strong enough to give him the illusion that even in death, she was after him. Her hammering nails into his hand convinced him that he would be dead, and the body reacted accordingly. Er, it might seem confusing or something, i'm tired right now so I might not make sense.

Actually, that's Shion. Shion locked Mion in a cell and played as Mion. She went crazy because the one she loved was supposedly killed and murdered every possible person that could have helped his death, and tried to kill Keichii twice, the second attempt stabbing him in the stomach with a kinfe. Keichii later woke up in the hospital and later died of a heart attack from hallucination of who he thought was Mion, not knowing shion was playing as her. That's simple as I could put it. x.x

The thing is though is that Mion was killed in the very same cloths that shion(If it is shion.) is wearing. So unless she went to the bottom of that pit and took the cloths of mion, I don't see how she could be wearing it.

I believe that keiichi hallucinated this due to the stress combined with the Hinamizawa Syndrome. I'm not going to post any spoilers for people here who hasn't watched/read Higurashi but take note that rika died a few days prior to this event so it makes sense.

@EpicVonepicness if i remember correctly, i think mion survived the fall, shion died after she stabbed keichii by falling off her apartment building, so the only possible way is that mion lived got out and killed keichii(which i dont see a reason why), really really confusing stuff
