  • damn, he is SEXY

  • hey guys .My trendmill training is this :5 min warm up, 15 min 9.5km/h...When i finish it, feel exhausted,Then i do 20min on bike with medium resistance,After that i do some squats and other leg exercises. Is my workout intensive? Also when i finish i can baberly walk...

  • I have a 1:1 ratio when doing my HIIT workout on the treadmill. 30 seconds sprint and 30 second jog at moderate speed for 15-18.5 minutes.

  • i jog for 60 seconds at 5mph then sprint for 30 seconds at 10mph on 5% incline for 15 minutes but i want to increase the time to 20 eventually!

  • Know how to get abs? DEADLIFTS!

  • wow, dude, I've just found out that I don't run but actually do an 8 km sprint every other day!

  • @ciora1980 Right. Sprinting is apparently the point at which brisk walking becomes difficult.

  • lol you call that sprinting??? most people can walk at your sprinting pace :D

  • Nice post. The difference is not time but the intensity. You get more from the intensity than just doing a slow pace. Most people dont want to do the real work. Time yes is a factor so you can do more in less time but you get greater benefit due to the high intensity

  • Why don't you learn to speak English properly before offering your ignorant criticism.

  • That's not what he said. He said low intensity you burn 2-300 while high intensity 3-4-500. You can do a high intensity workout for a very short period of time and burn 300 and do a low intensity workout for a longer period of time and burn 300. The difference here is time.
