@leonels36 There's no auto-thrust on the ATR if is that what you meant. There's a white switch to the right side of the panel that IIRC labels TO,MCT,CLB and CRZ....you turn the switch to TO when you takeoff and switch to CLB at about 1000ft. That switch adjust thrust output in different phases of flight as labeled. Otherwise the throttle itself is controlled by you
Hum no word about the scenery : Having lived in Martinique for 4 years (and having made numerous take-offs and landings as a passenger at TFFF), I find this scenery excellent. Where can I get it ? Thanks for this good job.
hey it's me again you must be saying am annoying u but can u plz tell me where u got ground scenery pro from? thanks and i got F1 software... thanks for ur help. plz reply.
hey where do u get flight1 software?... download it or buy it?i downloaded mine but i don't know how to install it... plz help...and great vis awesome landing.
You ignorant fool..lol..can't you see it was a replay!I had shut off the engine at the gate then issued a replay.the replay doesn't adjust all these things, you so stupid to even notice!
I was only trying to give you some tips. You should not select reverse before the NW is on the ground.. and never go aft of GI until you get 2 low pitch.
oh, makes sense. I was wondering is it worth it..the Flight 1 ATR...I'm in the caribbean now (Sim wise) and I'm using a default ATR which isn't that bad (FS9) but I wanted to know if the Flight 1 was worth your money and how well is it's professionalism?
oh and he was right 70 is not the speed..think about it you touch down at no less than 115 kts you flared to much and the only reason I can think of why he wasn't centered 100% could be because of a crosswind..
i did touch down less than 115kts....when the co-pilot called out "70" it was the green bug speed he was calling out.I always set my green bug at 70kts.Even on take off he calls the "70".Thanks for the comment though...glad you like the video!
You want to judge my speed.dude i know the aircraft like my name my speed was below 115kts.Think about this, landing with a tail wind(could result in a higher speed)there are a lot of aspects that affect an aircraft's speed.those speed references you see on charts and stuff is under normal flying conditions so get to know the physics about flying before you consider critisizing my video!
No the ATR does not have auto-throttle... However.. When the power lever is in the detent, the engine automatically develops the maximum rated torque indicated by the torque indicator amber bug for the PWR management mode selected.
However when the PWR management selector is at TO objective takeoff torque is developed while the amber bug indicated RTO torque.
There are two go-around pushbuttons located at the outboard end of each power lever grip.. in early aircraft they were below the power lever grips. Pushing either button will disengage the autopilot, gives noseup (safe pitch)and heading hold commands.. The go-around feature is a FD command only
You need to try and keep a proper glidepath and runway centerline... Further more we can hear the RA call out "10" and then "70" your getting close to a tail strike making the aircraft pitch up like that when so close the ground
what do you have like camera for it to move in the cockpit like that?
BlackestStar971 2 months ago
it any one out there please explain how to disengage Thrust take off for flight1 ATR-72
thank you very much

Not being funny... But I am an airline transport pilot... type rated and current in both the ATR 42 and the ATR 72
pilotDH6 4 years ago
If so, does the ATR 72 have a fully functioning A/T? what features does it have? Limited or unlimited? What does the G/A switch do when depressed?
Rodnoneous45aylmore 4 years ago
No the ATR does not have auto-throttle... However.. When the power lever is in the detent, the engine automatically develops the maximum rated torque indicated by the torque indicator amber bug for the PWR management mode selected.

"10" was that i was 10ft off the ground and when he called "70" that was my landing speed. Thanks for the advice by the way!
clutchem 4 years ago
could you tell me how you got the passenger view please i got told its something to do with the ATR (wats that) but im still not sure.
