  • nope, cardio would be your friend to work on that "fat" No worries, I'm working on that too :)

  • Crunches are not efficient at getting rid of fat. There is also no such thing as spot fat removal. Your body will burn fat in it's natural order. Some people lose leg fat first, some burn stomach fat first. To achieve ANY fat loss, cardio is the only way you can do that. Be patient and be persistent. Your body will eventually start losing stomach fat. If your lucky, genetics will be in your favor and you'll burn that first. Good luck and work hard!

    I was wondering what your weight/height is, I am 5'9" and 123lbs (which is supposedly a really good weight for my height) BUT! I have been working out for several years and can't get my 6pack to surface and am trying to figure out how much more weight I would have to lose before I can start seeing real definition. Or if it even has anything to do with weight for gaining defined abdominals. ~Any tips would be great! Thanks! -Jenifer

  • IF you see She Works Out Alot to Look like that, Thats probably her JOB, Most Woman Dont really have the motivation, Alot of time and energy after work, or Before they wake up, To do all this kind of workouts,.............It takes hard Work to look like that, .........Most people Rather see T.V and drink their soda and chips.

My workout usually only include running, cardio etc 45min 2-3 day/wk. Can you give me some tips on toning. Is cardio ness for weight loss/toning? Are weights better?

  • Lmaoo Uhm When doing sit-ups is it sapose to hurt your back. Im a girl and i almost have an 8pack and i just dont use the sit-up moves i use a certain chair and intense videos and i also play sport and do kungfu. But are sit-up's sapose to hurt your back.?

  • Can you recommend an exercise for the area between your arm and the breast? It's hard for me to describe but it's the area next to your bra strap. For example...your right bra strap, the right are - that area in between. I call it underarm fat.

  • Fat cannot be targeted in one area. Either the muscle can grow bigger to displace the fat, or do more cardio. Eat 60%Protein 20%Fat 20%carbs , mostly coming from fiber, and vegetables, cut 250 calories a day and burn an extra 250 calories, and that fat will go away. good luck

  • you can eat pasta. It's all about calories in vs calories out. If you consume more than you expend you'll gain weight. 90 percent of getting abs is diet though
