  • I see the deep breaths haha

  • BTW, i personaly think that lots of illuminati/doomsday fear comes from beliáefs about "good guys" and "bad guys" and need to ged rid off all bad guys in order to have peace. our computer games, books and movies reflects that almost without difference.

  • lots of good stuff here. I was just thinking, would'n be, instead of doing clense, more comfortable just gradual loving and appreciating all food you eat in knowing you eat it for a reason, but giving your attention only to those kinds of food you want to eat? Just throwing it to forum as an idea :)

  • This is Karl Pilkington, yes?

  • @10816877 yeah it's the fundamentalist that just go off on one so-to-speak, they love telling you that you should repent for your sins or face a fiery hell... most Christians I have come across are peaceful and non-judgemental. I'm actually a believer in Christ but I wouldn't call my self a "Christian" - I believe in the Christ consciousness in all of us, I think you know what I mean... it is a hard battle that we are all fighting in our own way weather we're aware of it or not, nice comment..

  • Very good and helpful video. I too am getting a little flack from people who see me going within myself to change to who I TRULY am...they tell me that I shouldn't push people away..but I struggle to maintain my centerness when I'm around those who don't understand so I find myself unavailable to them and I'm just learning that I'm not here for them..I'm here for my path as I respect that they are here for theirs. And yes if you're into Jesus...Don't just believe IN Jesus..BELIEVE Jesus. :)

  • @marscat58 it's natural that once our awareness increases we find it difficult to be in the company of certain people who have yet to reach the same level of awareness. Of course that's not to say that we are superior, it's just knowing yourself, knowing where your at, and knowing what you need. Most people understand that life takes us down different paths, if you need solitude right now then they need to respect your wishes.

  • @marscat58 after being in solitude and doing your own thing for a bit, you can re-evaluate your relationships and then ask your self, "can I honour this relationship and will I be honoured." Doing what is right for you and walking your path is vitally important at this time of change - in this life time there will be no second chances for those who miss the boat, that's not necessarily a negative thing for everybody will be where they need to be to learn the lesson they need to learn...

  • Believing in Jesus means trying to do what he would do in the moment. We don't expect ourselves to be perfect, just like with all the other things (Yoga, eating, saving resources, sports...). Just trying our best.

  • @baum7des7lebens7 so be it...

  • I could listen to Mike speak all day. It feels like having a great wise friend around for a chat rather than a stranger talking on a vid. Keep making it bobbier Mike. I was only eating pure organic food, no processed etc. but then the problem is when you go on holiday, you can't always get your normal diet. I have ended up in hospital on 2 different holidays, so I thought it better not to eat only organic but a mix so that my system can tolerate it.Mind you I don't have normal insides. X

  • @readysteady2 aww thanks, it's nice to know it's coming through the screen. Going on holiday is tricky when your eating clean.

  • Thank you for the video!:]

  • Excellent video....it's all about balance.

  • @ThingsUnspoken111 exactly

  • Too much deep self focus can make one insecure, relax get shallow one day a month, do laugh therapy laugh at yourself and every thing else all day long it will set you free, be a complete fool for at least an hour, it's OK to get drunk once every year and OK to smoke dope once every eight years, works for me. Thank you for this video.

  • I agree, "Be Christ like, not Christian." This is not easy at all to do, the great deceiver is very efficient. Yet I question this also because I really want to understand. Is there a limit to what or how much we should give to others? We want so much from ourselves and others, yet this body teaches me that there are limits. If there is a limit where is that limit? I want to tell people who for instance ask me for $80 that is above my limit and if they want $80 to work at obtaining it.

  • @cloaknpoke Also I want to be free from want, because the nature of want is perception of lacking something. If I want peace I will not have peace until I stop wanting it and just have or be peace. We are in this trap thinking that if I get this want I will be at peace, yet what happens is another want pops up. I may be able to free myself but what about others? Is it wrong to contribute to keep perpetuating their wanting attitude or should I let them suffer until they learn to stop wanting?

  • @cloaknpoke independent of you, they will create the reality they need to, to gain the experience their soul needs... I focus on being kind and non-judgemental whilst also honouring my path, it's working so far..

  • @cloaknpoke I think we all have our limits and our own boundaries, these limits and boundaries let us know when we are out of alignment with our highest good. When we are out of alignment then nobody benefits, and we resent it. Giving should feel rewarding for both the giver and receiver

  • Thanks for this video. I'm just emerging from a period in my life of total New World Order crazy debilitating fear from indoctrinating myself with all these Doom videos. I watched WAAY too many videos on the NWO and I became so afraid that it really stripped away my life. 96% of my thinking became NWO. Nobody should get locked into that state of fear like I did. I believe theres many many people out there who are scared to death because of those videos and need to be shaken out of that fear.

  • @chuckthelumberjack I think there are a lot of us who have been in that place, it can have the effect of making you feel like a victim, some people like to play victim, the ego loves to point the finger - in many ways I agree, yes, we should point out the wrong doings of the banking elite, just don't do it from a place of desperation. Yeah I can relate to the fear, when I was younger my brother showed me a David Icke book, scarred the crap out of me

  • The 'cleanse' sounds good. I've a bad stomach..Was it as invasive as it sounds and how much was it? 43YO. Time for a major service and i need my ears syringing too. Repression of creative thought goes hand in hand with flouridation in water and caking up our pineal gland. Evil benefits and invests in panic.

  • @69Phuket it was £55, and lasted 11 days, the colour in my skin was back by day 7-8 and my eyes were a lot brighter, I'd recommend that you do it when your off work cos it just all comes out if you know what I mean - if you're still curious I'm happy to answer any questions you have

  • I love how you articulate introspection. Always appreciate your videos, keep up the good work.

  • @ANDYGLOV3R thanks Andy, you've supported me from the very beginning!

  • Michael, I like your attitude that we should accept ourselves, love ourselves.

Whether it's partaking in food or in any other sensory experience, moderation is always the key. If refraining is best, refrain. If partaking in moderation is acceptable, do so (without guilt). Guilt is good when it comes from wisdom; however, sometimes guilt is a product of our conditioning.

Your experience is a universal experience. We all have to manage making wise choices within this sensory plane.

  • @Tao33316 yeah it was the guilt as you say that was the issue with me, responsibility and increased awareness will help me to make the wise choice from moment to moment - also taking my time and not rushing. Good job on drinking more green juice by-the-way :)

  • Like Alex Jones is trained to talk in a Disempowering Infearing tone of voice, I hear what you are saying.

I wonder if you see that video : the Age of Evil

    Good video

  • @kroikye well I wasn't going to mention his name but yeah, his film 'The End Game' has no creative ideas or solutions?! Some guy told me about that film 'age of evil' - he told me that I was spreading dangerous views on my videos so I didn't really pay it any attention

  • @80mthomas A very interesting point of the movie is that prodominantly the Christian "truthers" were jailed or worse, while "truthers" with New Age oriented views were left un bothered. This seems to be a Patern....why is that ?

Maybe someone put you in the New Age category and therefore thought you dangerous. I dont agree on everything you say, but you have some interesting views.

I wish you all the best

  • I lone exactly what you mean. After years of eating junk food I think the body takes a while to get used to something heathly..It really is a test of will. Dans latest video was a good message.

  • @gerry2345 which video was it, he's uploaded a few today? thanks

  • @80mthomas ... The one where he is in the Desert and just puring out the message about breathing and the way he describes it.. He seems to recognise his own failings but at the same time knows what to do to get things going on the path...

  • @gerry2345 I just watched it, he just brings a big smile to my face lol it's nice knowing that he's also out their doing his best and dealing with ups and downs as we all are right now... I think he's right what he said about the present moment, the perceived problem just dissolves when your in the NOW, I know I talk about it a lot but it continues to be a daily practice that I aim to improve on

  • @80mthomas ... Yes the perceived problem just dissolves when your in the NOW. Problem is we spend little time in the NOW....I get the feeling that talking about it consistently is the secret to learning to cope with the minds ability to switch to other issues as well as doing the other work.... I have had moments, even just this week where I know what I should be doing but when a heated situation occurs I regress to those bad habits that don't do me any favours.. We have to keep the momemtum up.

  • Do not follow the wise, follow their example. The wise are contemplative. Their whole life is a meditation.

How we love to "follow" wise teachers. This is evident in religion and in new age circles. In "following", we have no root. Like all wise teachers, we too must look within ... and follow our INNER guidance.

Indeed, I am the Way, I am the Path.

  • I went through the same thing with Giving people info on whats "REALY" important. Its not important to all. As far as religion goes. Well, I love everyone. And As far as the Raw food thing goes. I Just set the example. Its easier than Trying to Convert people

  • @kONflictOD word, I only hook them up now if they ask about that stuff, I agree leading by example is the best way
