Better make sure your fish oil doesn't have vitamin A or it will poison your liver. Also what happens to cholesterol when you stop the regimen - does it do a rebound spike ?
It was my understanding that fats can make their way into the cell quite easily since lipids will pass through the lipid membrane of the cell without a carrier but that carnitine is required to shuttle the long chain fats through the mitochondrial membrane... See 'The Carnitine Shuttle".
@MrMJKRaw Just ask yourself, "Who do I think looks healthier, Charles Poliquin or Brian peskin?"
It's not always the best way to decide these things... but when your deciding between the opinions of 2 health experts and 1 of them looks chubby and weak whereas the other is strong as an ox, and maintains 6% bodyfat year round that can tell you a lot about how well their theories actually work in practice.
should i train more then 40 min? i read that after that time the body produces estrogen and not testosteron?

Is L-Carnitine TARTRATE necessary? or would an L-Carnitine Base be as effective?

I agree about a high fish oil intake, though I've never seen research over 3 grams of LCT per day. Seems like LCT overkill.

I'll send this to Brian Peskin the fish oil hater...see what the old boy reckons.
Im confused on fish oil...You say this he says that...
I dont have time to sift through all the data and/or have the practical experience seeing how people react to it.
So a layman like myself relies on the experts to break it down and give me the key points.
