1. What if we have someone who is amazing at song writing and playing instruments but is a hopeless singer. Should it be right that they are forced to let someone else sing their songs and profit just because of some anti-autotune dogma?
2. Anti-Autotune arguments seem to rest on the assumption that if rubbish singers were exposed then people wouldn't buy their music anymore but.....
@MothMonk Before the days of autotune plenty there was plenty of singers in the charts who couldn't sing while some good singers weren't. Just look at Oasis or the Beatles they aren't the best of singers but are considered to be massive bands. And in fact they double up with my first point: they're good songwriters but of course they sing their own songs.

I'm not sure if it is one, as all it seems to do is raise Pauls voice up a octave (he can sing perfect without it, but it gives a real spacey effect), it actually sounds really good and suits the music.
I label them the Pink Floyd of Metal, TiA is a masterpiece.

I've never thought of you using auto-tune. Your voice sounds normal to me every time you sing. In fact, the only difference I can tell between you singing and talking is the lack of accent you have during singing. You still have a badass Irish accent, of course.

I'm sick of those fully 'autotuned' songs (not sure if I can even call them 'songs') going today on radio, which almost lack all real voice, and are wholly edited by computer. But you've got real talent, and your songs are just awesome! Your voice doesn't need to be edited with autotune, and it is clear that IT IS NOT edited. Everyone who says it is edited is deaf. You rock, Gav, keep up the great work, I await your songs every 2nd week! :D

Gav, you're awesome! xD I think everybody realises that you don't use auto-tune. People that do are picked out easily. They just can't stand it that people are actually able to make things like you do. So they automatically go into their "heck-if-I-shout-at-him-he-might-stop-doing-this-thing-which-is-making-me-feel-bad-cuz-I-can't-do-it" mode. Nice choose of wording again btw. Even your rants are higher quality than most of the music these days.
