online on like ppl answer it sites they always say selsun blue... NO!!it does not work and i wud kno seeing as im so self concious about it. but the thing i find best is head and shoulders INTENSE TREATMENT(no other head and shoulders..they dont help) and get a comb(NOT WIDE TOOOTH) and comb thru really hard on ur head and even if u just ruined ur head by scratching a lot before the comb gets out the bits of crap in ur hair

i think i just have dry scalp. but i have long afro texture hair so its hard to get all the way to my scalp and apply the moisturizers to it. do you have like a method i can use for my thick hair.

Here is a thought it worked for me...

When your scalp gets itchy dont scratch it. Leave it even if it was itching like HELL just leave it. Because what your are doing is peeling off a skin that is trying to take over the dandruff so when it gets itchy its because of the skin is its taking over the drandruff if you dont scratch it and it still gets itchy then dont scratch it just leave and go see a doctor.

yea my steroids made my scalp worse so I quit using it and started using teatree oil and shampoo bars from chagrin valley the dandruff shampoos usually make it worse cause of the sulfates

ive tried nizoral shampoo the blue one with conditioner it works in an instant, ur dandruff will come off when it dries, ul just have to brush it out then, use it 2x a week.
