And that is why I stay out of California because they don't have a no harm no foul attitude there they see one thing out of place they will pop you. It doesn' take but one violation to ruin a perfect record. The only thing Cali will not pop you on is the stop sign you don't have to stop at a stop sign they know the risk for carjacking is too great. Parking tickets rarely speeding tickets traffic is usually too thick to get one. Keep Cali only way I would live there again is if I didnt drive ever

Crossing two sets of double lines in California is a misdemeanor. Those people didn't just get to go to "traffic" court to resolve their citations.

@waddleduckie1 Whiping uey when you are in a situation like that is not bad driving to me it is using your head. Bad driving is texting while driving doing makeup changing a diaper eating trying to dial a phone doing drugs drinking trying to reload the gun while driving those are bad drivers. Not obeying the double yellow line in gridlock like that is called getting out of a cluster fuck there is no chance of collision unless the oposing traffic wants to collide. I have held CDL since 1987.

@cdltpx Ever ride with a cop they don't obey any laws they drive 100 plus mph everywhere they go they cut through the median you name it they do it . Cali tickets stack up quick when I got ONE I relocated out the state I packed my entire household and moved OJ trial was about to be finished. They said in traffic class if I got another in 1 year time I would own both so I left the state until the ticket dropped off. Since I was a trucker you are better off just staying away from some places.

I really like the old man. He knew he was wrong and was mature about it. Wish more people were like that. A lot of folks start throwing tantrums like two year olds and it's pathetic. Thanks as always for posting!!
