Oh, ok. Yea, you need to buy a PS2/USB converter. Then you plug the wireless receiver into the PS2 end and the USB end goes into the computer. But I'm warning you, it might not pick up the signal well.

Yes, I know this song is in GH3, but I made this video long before that and the custom chart itself was made even longer before I posted this video. Oh, and I have every GH and RB to date except Metallica, so don't go saying that I play it "because I'm too poor to buy the real games."

You're not supposed to use the keyboard. You use a GH guitar through a PS2/USB converter (if it's a PS2 guitar) or download the patch to read 360 controllers (if it's an Xbox 360 guitar.)

if you have the PS2/USB converter, then you can go into the controller setup in the game and set each button. Then yes, it'll work. If it doesn't, go to the forum and look around. Most likely some has answered your question already.

Yes, it's a Guitar Hero clone, but it plays custom songs. And yea, I know this song is in GH3, I have all the GH's and I'm getting RB2 for Christmas, so I'm about to have all the RB's. This custom was made long before GH3 and I don't like this version at all. The GH3 version is much better, and I've FC'd it. :)

Haha, it's not in megabytes, try gigabytes. The game itself is about 4-5 GB. My entire GZ folder is about 10GB.

fuck both versions. I found playing guitar hero is only fun when you are drunk or stoned (like the wii). And guitar zero requires a damn guitar, or you can go download some driver and emulate your keyboard into a guitar, but even if you are able to run it, it's glitchy and slow. Fuck that. I found audiosurf alot more fun, it's easy to pirate and you can put any song you want on it.

I make my custom songs with Freetar Editor which doesn't really exist anymore. The domain of the Freetar site was sold and therefore it does not work anymore. However there are many other custom song creator programs such as Feedback. Check out Scorehero(dot)com. There's a tutorial on there.
