My exhaust has a hole in it too, its right at the end of the muffler, it makes a lot noise and smoke comes out of it. Is that normal? and some punk stamped his initials into it, it reads "FMF", Who is this? Probly the same kid who put the hole at the end of my exhaut! every time i start my quad now, it make noise because of the hole at the end, it sounds like "pinig ping ping, BRAAAAAAP" Is that good???? I fully agree with nofxfan125! This blaster is running lean, at least below 1/3 throttle.

The carburetor needs at least a larger pilot jet and an airscrew tweak to fix the low end lean condition. In fact, the main jet may also need changing if the carb. was not rejetted to accomodate the K&N filter and FMF pipe.
