sindhi is 14 percent of pakistan poulation and sindh border with sea,how many sindhis are being recruited for officers cader less then 1 percent?why?

Approx: 70 percent gas,mineral,coal ,oil are in sindh,how many sindhis are there in officer cader,less then 5 percent why?

@mechify -so then why do we have half of azad kashmir since 1948-and 1965 india could not pprogress but lost a lot of planes-1971 pakistan lost to the people of bangladesh cowistani's only came at the end to look good even then the bangladeshi's kicked them out after that-since the nucleur factor india lines up its scrawny poverty stricken army and 2/3000 slodiers die just lining up then they go back-its a bore-India can never never defeat pakistan-but kashmir will join pakistan soon.
