Also back in the Old Skool days,Capone days and way back, Chicago was the gang capital in the 1800s and early to mid 1900s. A lot of LA gangs are in the cities of Chicago, NY, Detroit, ATL, Houston etc... Chicago right now holds the most gang membership i believe because half of LA's gang membership is behind bars. LA in the 90's was BIG but years past by and half are in prison or dead. Acitivites still goes in LA but gangs seems to grow back again in LA.
