I'm playing on the xbox and my stats cap at 70 i.e. Tower Health caps at 70 from hero level ups; yet I noticed the new character had 100 without equipment bonuses. How?

@RoughDivideVIII on pc the have higher levels and more upgrade points to use and bether equipment. iseen a guy have like all the godly clothes and all had over 69 upgrades his pet had 56 upgrades its crazy but the have to pay for the extra stuff BUT its cheap evry upgrade u can buy it in the pc full dlc pack 11 bucks i have a ps3 and it does not seem there going to releas any of the new caracters on either consoles so ! only dlc map packs nothing els announced yet.

now i feel like an ass for ignoring my mage all this time:/ can you tell me your base stats for your sqiure mage and monk? i think i dropped the ball on my countess and monk a bit lol. may have put too much points in attack range and rate.

If ure strong enough, like me :)) , get sum TWR DEF HP + ATK equipments for ure adept, then use fireball towers + monk str aura as tank. All you need is lvl 4 on each tower and u can pretty much AFK entire wave 9 + 10.

Wyvern defences on bridge: ONE magic tower

Wyvern defences on left side: TWO magic towers aiming outwards. is all you need.

It's a Glass Cannon strategy I know, but I use it, it works VERY well.

I believe what thn10606 was talking about was...because you have an extra character out,

you receive a significantly higher amount of creeps per wave.

while it may not be double the amount...

275 -> 411, ~50% increase in creeps is a pretty substantial amount

Having an extra character out at higher waves is even more beneficial to you because higher waves give you an exponentially higher amount of experience.

Well, since you had 2 players out, you got double the mana, since the second player gets mana too, and they're both tied to the same bank so...

@thn10606 2 players does not equal 2x the mana, to get 2x mana you would need 2x mobs and drops. It would be realistic to say maybe 10% more MAX not double. Mana is split between players not additive. So having 2 players out means that 1000 mana would get split 500/500 and thus I would still get 1000 mana. If I was alone it would still be 1000 mana just not split.

People are confusing the double item cap with double item drop.

Hey i love all your tutorials and keep them coming. I was just curious if you could make a tutorial about upgrading things. For example i am confused about how to upgrade the guardian pets. Do i upgrade the tower stats or is it better to upgrade the "tower upgrade stats" . And if you have any other tips on what to upgrade on pets/armors/ or weapons that would help a lot.

Great tutorial! The extra XP awards are not multipliers that I can tell, but can add some reasonable extra experience. I wrote down some I got from glitterhelm (Hard) run. Flawless 56K XP for no crystal damage during the whole match. Master Builder 16K per wave I use all my DU. Immortal another 20K if you don't die. I'm sure they are higher numbers on Insane and are an extra bonus use all your DU and keep yourself and crystal safe all waves.

Use all your DU. The master builder bonus will give you extra xp in addition to scaling well with multiple 1.3 multipliers. Since you're generally floating over 1k mana anyways just toss down 4 of the app walls in the center.

This strategy even worked with 3 ogres at one spawn across the map from me; lasted long enough until I could get up there from the most southern point, though it was close to being destroyed. However, at the eastern point, I actually use 1 spike blockade with a harpoon until the apprentice switch; works fine, but you may have to babysit it for the first round due to a sneaky goblin that gets past.

@txt315 Faster, Easier to update PC. Console takes more work and more red tape. I think they even have a fee they must pay to submit updates to the PSN while Valve updates on PC are free.

But when it comes to mods, updates, patches, PC has always been the top of the food chain and always will be.

In 7.12 they're making it so splitscreen characters don't increase the number of items on the ground. Money will probably be closer to 1m to 1.2m per run.

@Caidos87 Does not matter its 2M per single player run, not enough items on the ground to take advantage of the higher 2 person cap. That is more of a thing for survival mode where item cap hits so easily.

When u do hard mode u can do lvl 70 in 1-2 hours, u need only one hero aprentice, just build like 4 fire and 2 basic towers instead that aura/walls/dps towers combination, from wave 2 u can use your lvl 1 character, shorter run = more gold and more exp, just make sure u and your core dont take dmg and your DU is 165/165 for 90% exp bonus

@MyLaNn9 I did a spreadsheet on this once even with the bonus for no dmg on hard mode it was almost not even half as good as Insane w/ no bonus for XP. Also pretty sure master builder is not a % based bonus. No core dmg 1.3x multi, (30%) No hero dmg 1.3x multi, master builder, its like +2000 or something I do not remember ever seeing it as a multiplier.

@Roler112 I have been doing this since way before super loot, infact nothing I have is really that super at best like a 30^ armor. My weapons are just challenge rewards.

I am on purpose not super decked out on tutorials as I know it would be pointless to produce a tutorial that is only possible by somebody w/ great gear. By far the most important thing here is just your Wall HP and your DPS.

My walls never got even close to past 1/2 HP so your stats can be almost 1/2 of mine easy.

I had an ogre a couple times walk up the middle where you just put the 1 MM. I put a wall there just incase from now on to keep mobs from goin up there. Just have to stick it back a wee bit. And in a couple of spots where you put your walls I put mine alittle bit further forward, like the one on the bottom middle, I put it down at the very bottom of steps .
