@CassetteMaster The best thing is that I have 2 of these recorders, one still new in the box! Any idea why the GE's motor won't turn? I should probably open it and do some inspection and tests.
@CameramanLink Maybe it's "frozen". Try giving it a turn and see if it turns freely. It might just need to be freed up and then spin fine. I have a talking book cassette player that had that problem.
That's a nice little shoebox recorder.
