Geodon sucks! and where the hell I have been?

I was put on it when I was in a psych ward. 2 days later after I was discharged, I got really bad side effects.Hallucinating, wobbly legs, blurred vision, muscle pains,and twitching. I'm not on it now, but I still have twitches and blurry vision..:/

I'm on Celexa for plain old depression, but they told me to watch myself for manic episodes in case I'm actually bipolar... and then they told me to be screened for ADHD... I dunno, I think they're trying to overtreat me for my absent mindedness caused by constant internet usage. lol

I have to agree with the other commenters, psych meds do suck! Geodon is some serious stuff, I'm bummed it gave you anxiety and this muscle doo-dad... I get the feeling it was way too strong for you. Probably should have just been on a simpler depression medication and not the hardcore stuff--maybe she overdiagnosed you? I don't know what your diagnosis was technically, but usually they don't prescribe Geodon and its buddies for just depression. At least they shouldn't.

I take Geodon and it sucks; it causes me akathisia if the dose is too high. Ability gave me akathisia so bad I had to go to a hospital multiple times. Hope you find the right meds and take the right path in life.
