It says let HER marry, not let them marry. It means to say to let her marry a man (not her father) just to marry someone.

Also, Moses wrote Leviticus, he told people not to eat pig because at that time they could not properly prepare or preserve meat and would get sick.

I am not talking about LEVITICUS , I am talking ABOUT PAUL WHO changed JESUS commands AND put  his own commands ,for example IN LEVITICUS (11:7-8)Jesus has prohibited you from eating pig but paul permit it for you ,ALSO JESUS was CIRCUMCISED and PAUL has abolished that

Also, Leviticus 20 is saying that they will not procreate, the woman who is married to her husband's brother, will not have any babies, she will be barren.

The passage is speaking of the father giving his virgin daughter in marriage, not of taking her in marriage. It is not in any way justifying incest.
