  • Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • This DVD looks great. I have a small room and I know I can do this in my room. I've tried searching for a great workout DVD that I can do in my room. This looks like the one. I'll try to find it on eBay.

    So, I turn down the t.v and put on some netflix while I do it. n.n

  • @KillChelseeDead I agree,lol. Leslie can get a bit much at times. You can burn some serious calories if you do the full five miles, though. If I get over my knee tendonitis (which came from overdoing it on the exercise), I can get back to it.

    Mean but she talks so much it's like we would be doing a certain exercise like knee lifts and she would say 4 more and she would talk so much that we would end up doin 15 or 20 more I'm jus sayin

  • im currently doing this dvd i do the first 3mils in the morning and the remaining two at night, or vice versa, 5 miles a day so i hope this routine helps me lose weight, im also about to start the fat smash diet.

  • FAST PACED...!!! i am working towards the goal... there are (5) 12min mile videos (not for everyone) ...but she has a 5min total cool down/stretch at the end that i enjoy at random or doing some other workouts... SHE'S AWESOME!

    i knew something wasn't right when i saw her walking solo... (atleast for me)...

    anyone bad enough to face-off with leslie? good luck... i'm building up the routine of the 3 mile walk - enjoyable / challenging...

    one day, i'll make it to the 5!
