Yeah...Dave is so much better of a singer/songwriter. Fake hair and looks like a Vegas cheesy lounge act now. Saw him solo (Dave) about 6 years ago. He SUCKED! Now he suddenly can somewhat carry as tune. Give me a break dude! It's technology...and the new "VH" album is fair at best. I love Dave VH era. I also loved the Sammy-era and even the Gary album guitar-wise was great. POINT IS...grow up and learn to accept it.

VH grossed 100 million - making music - on their last tour with Dave. They will gross another 100 million in 2012 and another 100 million if they tour the world. Chcikenfoot groosed less than 1 million their last tour. CF will do worse this tour. LMFAO

Nicely put. I guess I would add that Sammy stands the biggest on his own though. Pound for pound, he made more than any other member individually and has more credentials. I challenge anyone to argue that - with facts that is. I would love to play drums for him. We would get along beyond belief.

Saw VH that last tour in Dallas. Saw Sammy fight like a champ up there. Trying like mad to save the show and put a positive spin on it. He was a real pro. I was proud of him that night. He truly was the adult on stage. It was like watching a great hero fallen on stage witnessing Eddie's performance; like watching Mighty Casey strike out at bat.  Sad and angering. I was truly bummed for weeks after that show. Deeper respect for Hagar though.
