Hey Kelli! I forgot to ask you something.should i take this once a day even if im not sick? Coz i dont usually take vitamins so i dont know if just wellness formula is enough or not for me to take once a day to stay healthy. Can you please let me know what i should do? Its about time i start taking vitamins because i want to be more healthy. Oh, I promise to ask my doctor before i start taking this coz im on meds for depression and i want to make sure im safe taking the stuff u tell me.
